Awesome location! Close to everything we needed within walking distance. Love that this hotel had room for the 5 of us to stay together! Very luxurious feel!

We have just had an amazing stay at the Pearl Hotel - Location amazing (not great views of city but within 2 minutes walk you're right in the heart of Times Square), room a lovely size (we were in 1408), complimentary coffee and snacks available 24 hrs - and the best bonus of all was a free wine hour every evening!!!! Breakfast not loads of choice but more than enough for what we needed with bagels, fruit, cakes, yoghurts, porridge etc. Keep on doing what you're doing Pearl Hotel!

The Customer service was outstanding!! The room was comfortable and clean and spacious! The refrigerator and microwave were a bonus! I loved the wine cocktail hour! Room service was great, but the foot was just ok. This is just about the best shower I have ever had! Wonderful shower pressure and the hand held massager was great! I was blown away with Theresa and Ronny, to name on,y a few of the outstanding employees at this hotel!! The location was in the heart of Times Square, yet quiet and close to everything!! Loved it!!!!

Included breakfast was very convenient because most of the activities/places doesn't open until 10am. We ate in the hotel and headed out to enjoy all famous tourism spots that are in walking distance. Many subway stations are also close! The location and hospitality of the staff are unbeatable.

The hotel is close to several theatres in Manhattan, also very close to several subway stations. The personnel was very friendly and responsive. Cleanliness at its best. Nice and comfortable room with very good bed. The hotel provided 24/7 coffee and snacks, for free. In addition every day from 17.00-18.00 a wine hour was organized for free at the lobby. Breakfast was overall good.
