Hotel location is excellent and our room was very quiet especially considering where it it. Loved the fact that it was a boutique hotel - perfect size for us and no issues with waiting for the elevator. Great complimentary 'bag storage' upon arrival and departure. Room was plenty big enough, very modern and clean. Great toiletries and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic: plenty of selection, well stocked and replenished regularly. 'Wine Hour' was a great touch and a most appreciated gesture. The Pearl is a great hotel - we definitely recommend it.

A beautiful little boutique hotel located in the heart of the Theatre District. It is within easy walking distance to Times Square, Broadway Theatres, Restaurant Row, Carnegie Hall, Central Park. The staff are attentive, personable, and friendly, and are always willing to assist whether it is arranging transportation, recommending restaurants/clubs or suggesting tours/sights worth seeing. Although the nearby streets can be busy the hotel atmosphere is quiet and welcoming.

Friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed, microwave/fridge was great!, large room, balcony/patio, and valet parking was convenient.

The room was fantastic--clean, pretty, & large. Loved that our room included both a fridge & microwave! Breakfast & all-day snacks were appreciated. Location was perfect for walking to theaters for shows & nearby restaurants. All staff we encountered were friendly & went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed--especially the bellmen. Thank you! Will definitely be back!

Loved being in the theatre district on a quiet one-way street. We were close to Times Square without being on it and it was fast and easy to get to the subway stations. The hotel decor is a bit outdated but still beautiful. The staff was amazing! The hotel is small and so all of the rooms are close to the elevator. It was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the room is super dark when the drapes are closed. The included Continental Breakfast each morning was a nice perk along with 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate. Wine happy hour each day from 5-6 in the lobby is a perk if you drink wine. Empire Steak house is attached to the hotel lobby and you receive a 10% discount if you dine there and the hotel can always make reservations for you. The food at Empire was really good! We will stay at The Pearl every time we go to NYC!
